I recently ordered a cake from The Village Bakery for my partner's birthday, and I couldn't be more impressed! Despite giving them a very brief description of what I wanted, they absolutely nailed the design and concept. The cake looked stunning with all the little details and decorations perfectly executed.
Not only did it look amazing, but it was also incredibly delicious. The cake was moist and flavorful, even on the second day – which is a rarity! It’s clear they use high-quality ingredients and put genuine care into their baking.
If you’re looking for a bakery that can bring your ideas to life with incredible attention to detail and make a cake that tastes as good as it looks, I cannot recommend The Village Bakery enough. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!- Service

Thank you so much for making a surprise 60th Birthday party even more special. The buffet and cake were absolutely superb and totally in keeping with our Las Vegas theme.
Everyone was raving about how amazing the food was all night and well into the early hours of the next morning, as there was even enough for us to have a little sobering snack before bed.
The quiche was a particular favourite, the sandwiches were jam packed with filling and the cake was so light - everything you could want from a buffet.
Huge thanks again, will definitely be recommending.A massive thank you to both Katri and Anita for the wonderful service and the most amazing cake for my 21st birthday. Not only did they create exactly what I had in mind but everyone commented on how amazing it looked and also how amazing it tasted! Definitely a go-to for a fab cake. Thank you both xxx

Momma Brown’s did our wedding cake and wedding biscuits. They went above and beyond to ensure that the cake and biscuits fitted in with our wedding theme, even using olive ribbon to tie the cellophane together (our colour scheme), and matching the flowers on the wedding cake perfectly to my bouquet.
We have had so many guests comment on how incredible the cake tasted- it really was the best cake we have ever had!! We chose coffee, lemon and Victoria sponge after trialling several different flavours- it really was a very tough choice of which flavours to go for!
I really couldn’t recommend them enough! Professional, amazing customer service, but most importantly, INCREDIBLE tasting wedding cake! Thank you! What can I say - my diet is ruined! We ordered a cake for my daughter's 18th birthday and it was perfect and a spectacular centre piece for the buffet table. Fed up of cakes that look nice but taste mediocre? Then Bread Bin should definitely be your top choice, as the cake was as delicious to eat as it was to look at!! Would definitely use again. Fantastic service from first contact to collection. Thanks!!! X
Thank you so much to Anita and katri for making my three tier wedding cake. It was absolutely amazing. Exactly what I had asked for. The cake was so moist and tasty. My favourite was the lemon and vanilla tier. My husband loved the vanilla and black currant tier. Would highly recommend purchasing a cake for any occasion from them. Such a friendly and professional team. Thanks once again
Staying in the area on holiday and called in for sandwiches - lovely fresh soft bread and tasty fillings. Had to grab a couple of pasties as they looked so good- they didn’t disappoint. Lovely staff and a great range of cakes etc
Wonderful food. Great prices. Super friendly. Even if you're nit hungry you should buy something 😀

Was so happy with the cake I had made for my daughters 1st birthday, it was amazing and tasted just as good , highly recommend this place , I have every one talking about momma browns ! The food order I placed and received was spot on to , worth every penny !
Cannot thank the team here enough for the amazing cake they made for my daughter’s 18th birthday! The most stunning centrepiece for her party and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back for more 💞
My Daughter saw a picture of a cake she thought looked amazing. I sent Katri a picture at Momma Brown’s to ask if she could make one the same. She said yes she could. The cake was absolutely fabulous in appearance and tasted wonderful. Thank you Katri for making Jo’s 30th Birthday extra special. You have an exceptional talent. I will certainly be recommending you to all my family and friends
Lovely food and very friendly staff. I have been buying food from them for 4 years now and have never been disappointed. Give them a try. It is better to ring an order first at the moment due to Covid restrictions on the number of people allowed in the shop. They also take card payments, contactless or by pin. Highly recommended!!
My other half brings me sweet treats home from here when he's at work. It travels 104 miles home! Everything I've had is delicious I LOVE the brownies and the chocolate orange cake! Thank you!
